Remote Assistance
In some cases, we have found that accessing our clients' computer remotely allows us to rapidly repair the problem without even having to come out to work on the computer in person.
The pricing for Remote Assistance is $110.00 per hour billed in 1/2 hour increments with a 1/2 hour minimum.
